If you have to compete for something within an hour, but you lose to someone else because you do not have enough time to complete that task, can you complain, “I have no time,” because of your loss? No way. Both had one hour, but the one who knows the importance of time management accomplishes his goal by using the tips to manage that hour properly.
Sometimes winning depends on whether they take advantage of time management properly and not on the time they get. Because you, like me, have only 24 hours a day as a winner or a loser.

Whether it is a short-term or a long-term goal, if you have the sense to achieve it on your target day, go ahead and work on it until you achieve it.
3. Take breaks
Engaging in work for a long period will make you feel bored, stressed, or sometimes sleepy. So take a little break and get back to your work after finishing your task. While in your break, listen to some Music or take e little nap. Music has the power to heal the mind and get us quickly calm down (want to know more about the importance of listening to Music. Taking a break will help to restore your energy back.
4. Avoid distractions
From the moment you start your task, make sure you are free of distractions around you. When you organize your work, try to divide your big project into small pieces.
In my life, when I was about 18s or 19s years old, I still remember I had a big project to be completed within a week. I make it scheduled according to my perspective bold, but I never mind the things which can make me distracted from it.
While I was doing it, I feel like my mobile phone kept calling me to use it. I know it’s my crazy thought, but that’s the truth I experienced. Sometimes, when we do things, our minds try to distract us if it feels like the work was so boring.
Unfortunately, I made a choice to play with my mobile for a little moment, but that decision made me work for a sleepless two nights. From that day to today, whenever or wherever I am working, I never keep things that I feel will distract me.
Avoiding distractions is not only good for time management, but it is also a proper way to relax your mind.
5. Be positive minded and motivated
When we can manage time, it has so many beneficial effects. Try to always keep in your mind that time is priceless, when it flew away, we won’t be able to catch it back.
So be positive as much as you can even when you are frustrated or fail. Motivation can bring you the power to complete your task.
Tips to help you manage your time

1. Identify the problem
You are brilliant. But why? Because you already identify that you have a problem, struggling with time management.
2. Decision-making
If you know you have a problem about time management, then decide on how to manage your time in the best way. Some things can help you: make a to-do list or schedule your day according to a timetable, or you can set a goal too. Depending on the way you want, make the steps to fulfill it.
3. Create a task
If you are a beginner to learn about time management, try a small task you wanted to complete. As an example, if you have the assignment to do, create a task for it.
Your task is, you will complete the assignment within three hours or two hours. Depending on the type of the work, make the duration and work on it.
4. Get organized. And work on it
Make a schedule according to your work and organized everything according to your decisions. Keep working on it until you achieve your goals.

Why do we always fail to manage our time
The competitiveness or inability to manage our time will become a major reason to become a failure in your life.

1. No list for to- do
Why do we need to make a to-do list? Listing the things, we have to be the first step you must take if you are looking for a way to become successful. It’s very helpful when you are trying to balance your day between your life and work/ studies.
If you are a student, a to-do list helps you to manage your time for your studies.
If you are a worker and have to struggle with time management because you have a lot to do within a small period, a to-do list manages your working time properly.
Remember, day means a limited time. We have only 24 hours, but have a lot more than it.
So try listing what are the things you have to do during the day or within the week or month and fulfill your life with success.
2. No setting goal
Why not set goals and act without planning. Setting goals can encourage us to keep things to do better and clear the path for a successful journey. And never try to do too many tasks without planning. That will cause failure in both planned and unplanned tasks.
3. Failing to manage distractions
It is the main cause for wasting your valuable time.

Even though I am a writer, I had this inability to protect my valuable time from those distractions, which makes me end up wasting the time. I usually work in my dining room. It is near to the kitchen, and also I can get a clear view of the road from the window.
Sometimes I don’t know I ended up watching the vehicles travel on the road, or sometimes I’m unknowingly sitting in the kitchen eating something. Or stop working and chatting or gossiping with someone.
Another time I pick up the phone with the boredom of working over and over again, thinking I’m listening to a song or watching a short video clip, but I’m unknowingly spending an hour and sometimes even more with the phone.
The day becomes to an end, but my work is still at the place where it began to do.
This is my experience.
Unfortunately, people never understand, there are so many things we are surrounded by that can make us distracted.
Remember, your future relies on your hands. So be aware of the tiny little things that make you distracted from your work. Find them and eliminate them.
