Email Delivery
In some cases, you will receive an email from us containing instructions to access and download your purchased item(s). The receipt of this email constitutes the delivery of the product(s) to you.
Download from Account Dashboard
All your purchased digital products will be available for download from the “Downloads” section in your Believe in Mind account dashboard. You can access this section by logging into your account at https://www.believeinmind.com/shop/my-account/downloads/
From the Downloads area, you can view your order history and download any digital files associated with your purchases at any time.
Download Assistance
If you encounter any issues downloading your purchased item(s), accessing the Downloads section, or do not receive the email with download instructions within 24 hours of your order, please contact our customer support team

Download Validity
If you do not notify us of any download issues within 5 days of your order, the purchased item(s) will be considered successfully delivered and downloaded by you.
